Referrals

Thank you for trusting us to care for your patients. We enjoy our collaborative relationship with optometric and primary care physicians and work with you to provide the highest quality care for your patients. To refer a patient to our office for an urgent referral, our office staff are empowered to make same day appointments for any provider who requests it. If you have specific questions or wish to speak to me directly, please have a member of our staff pull me out to speak with you immediately while you are still on the phone. For non-urgent referrals, you can call, fax, or use the online appointments link providing the patient’s demographic information and the reason for the referral and we will contact the patient directly to make an appointment.
