Dr. Sean Batson

Dr. Sean Batson is an ophthalmologist who grew up in Snohomish and completed his residency at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Batson's thoughtful eye care ensures that all patients feel seen and heard, and he delivers carefully tailored treatment to each person. Dr. Batson has been recognized for his skill and surgical decision-making and for guiding other residents in surgical techniques during his time at Vanderbilt University. He enjoys getting to know his patients while striving to improve and preserve their eyesight. Dr. Batson loves living in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and five children. He enjoys taking his children to the zoo and local parks, and plays soccer and golf in his spare time.

"Dr. Sean Batson is caring, professional, and one heck of a great surgeon. I was having vision problems and was in the need for cataract surgery. Dr. Batson explained all the pros and cons of the surgery. He asked me what was important in life and gave me several avenues to pursue. The procedure was fast and painless. Even post-op I had absolutely no pain. My eyes are beyond anything that I would have hoped for. Glasses are gone except for the non-prescription sun glasses. Thanks Dr. Batson. You are "Superman".
